All of our hats are handmade with love in our studio. Every one of our styles is made to order, we don’t have excess stock, therefore, it is especially made for our client once they placed the order.
We are glad to accept returns for exchange or store credit ONLY within 14 days of the item's delivery date as long as the items are unworn. Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return.
